Data Deletion & Local Storage

Arrow Puzzle! has no first-party account. Most progress and settings are stored in Android app storage. Use the options below to remove local data or contact us about a support message.

Email a deletion request

Clear all local app storage

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Open Apps, then choose Arrow Puzzle!.
  3. Open Storage & cache and choose Clear storage. Menu names may vary by device.

This removes local game progress and settings managed by the app. Uninstalling the app also removes its current local storage, although Android backup or device transfer may later restore selected app data.

Delete information sent to support

Email ravi.patel20102002@gmail.com with the subject “Arrow Puzzle Data Deletion Request.” Send the request from the same address used in the original support conversation and describe which conversation or information you want deleted.

We may ask for limited details needed to locate the message. We will not ask for your password, full payment details, or Google account password.

Third-party records

Clearing Arrow Puzzle! data does not erase records controlled by third parties, including Google Play purchase history, RevenueCat purchase/entitlement records, Firebase analytics or crash information, advertising-provider records, or records kept for security, fraud prevention, tax, refund, or legal requirements.

Requests concerning those records may need to be made directly to the relevant provider under its privacy process. See our Privacy Policy for the services used and links to their policies.

What happens after a request

We will review requests that relate to information we control, verify enough context to avoid deleting the wrong conversation, and respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable requirements. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, recordkeeping, or legal obligations.
