Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Arrow Puzzle! Android app and this related support website. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the app

You may use Arrow Puzzle! for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation or services, exploit bugs, gain unauthorized access, manipulate purchases, ads or rewards, copy or redistribute protected content, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

No account required

The app does not require account registration. You are responsible for the Android device, operating system, network connection, Google Play account, and permissions used to access the app. Internet access is required for features such as ads, purchases, restore checks, remote configuration, legal pages, and support links.

Progress and local data

Progress, hints, settings, and in-progress puzzle state are mainly stored in Android app storage. Selected data may be included in Android backup or device transfer. Progress can be lost when you clear app data, delete the app, change devices, or experience a backup/restore failure. We cannot guarantee recovery of local progress.

Purchases and virtual items

Hint packs

A hint pack is a consumable in-app item. The current 10-hint pack adds ten hints after the purchase is confirmed. Consumable hints may not be restorable after they have been granted or used. The app records processed transactions to reduce duplicate fulfillment.

Remove Ads

Remove Ads is a lifetime, non-consumable entitlement for this app and disables automatic app-open and interstitial placements when the entitlement is active. Optional rewarded ads may still be offered when you choose to receive a reward such as a hint.

Billing and refunds

Prices, taxes, payment processing, purchase records, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Google Play and are subject to its terms and policies. RevenueCat helps the app load offerings, confirm status, and restore eligible non-consumable purchases. Virtual items are licensed for in-app use, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged outside the app.

Google Play terms are available at play.google.com/about/play-terms.

Ads and rewarded ads

The app may display app-open, interstitial, and rewarded ads through Google AdMob and mediation partners. Automatic ads may appear only at eligible moments, such as app foregrounding or natural gameplay breaks.

Rewarded ads are optional. An advertised benefit is granted only after the ad provider confirms completion. If an ad is unavailable, interrupted, or not verified, the game remains usable but no reward is provided. You must not automate, fraudulently trigger, manipulate, or otherwise abuse ad requests, impressions, clicks, rewarded flows, or measurement systems.

Notifications and permissions

The app may request optional Android notification permission for local gameplay reminders. Declining or disabling notifications does not block core gameplay. You can change notification permission in Android settings.

Updates and remote configuration

We may update the app, puzzles, user interface, offers, ad behavior, purchase availability, legal links, support links, and other features. Firebase Remote Config may adjust supported settings and feature availability without a separate app release. We may require an update when needed for compatibility, safety, reliability, or service changes.

Third-party services

The app uses services such as Firebase, Google AdMob, Unity mediation, RevenueCat, Meta App Events, Google Play Billing, Google Play review services, and support email providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and policies, and availability may vary by device, region, network, account, or provider status.

Intellectual property

Arrow Puzzle!, including its name, code, artwork, level content, layout, text, audio, animation, graphics, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal entertainment under these Terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how gameplay information, diagnostics, ads, purchases, reminders, backup, and support requests are processed. It forms part of your understanding of the app's services.

Availability and no warranties

The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” Features, ads, products, levels, links, and third-party services may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, changed, or discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of progress, hints, data, access, goodwill, profits, or business arising from or related to the app, website, providers, or these Terms. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or terminate access to services when we reasonably believe there has been abuse, fraud, manipulation of purchases or advertising, interference with the app, a violation of these Terms, or a legal or security risk. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the app, services, providers, law, or business needs change. The effective date at the top shows the latest published version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
